Accusort Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Accusort AXIOM-X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Accusort AXIOM-X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AXIOM-X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our AXIOM-X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the C98043A1086L1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B48359 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM100RX124A by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand B10139 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CM400DU12H equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BE187TE1FA1JN0N0F by Basler and CM400DU12H spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
