Ace Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Ace ACE-KST and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ace ACE-KST include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ACE-KST if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ACE-KST repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSI11CPU manufactured by Bridgeport and we are pleased to be able to service most Bridgeport systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Brooks-Automation Brand 017095001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 13245 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3602B2BD2AFCA by Brooks-Automation and 13245 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
