Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acrison 207-1424/ICHSHOF/21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Airmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bae-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas such as the M42ODTXG1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60019 manufactured by Airmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Airmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4546830802 by Manufacturer Bae-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automatic-Valve Brand A7128200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Black-Clawson such as SB3128 equipment made by Black-Clawson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Black-Clawson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Black-Clawson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VF44F1 made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular PCAD1216H original spares produced by Arcom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F92115B7 by Baldor and SB3128 spares by Black-Clawson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Andantex.
