Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Action Instruments Q478-5003 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acx-Boston-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Action-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Adc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acx-Boston-Gear such as the ACX2003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G4680001 manufactured by Action-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Action-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4248830010 by Manufacturer Adc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Action Brand 32401595 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Actrion such as 68130104121 equipment made by Actrion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Actrion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Actrion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 45016002 made by Adaptive-Micro-Systems as well as the popular 40011735 original spares produced by Acton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HBC65Q1233B by Advanced-Servo-Technology and 68130104121 spares by Actrion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2033000150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept.
