Acuity Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Acuity MS/10 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Acuity MS/10 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MS/10 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MS/10 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Advanced-Motion-Controls Brand B15A8LINV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adtech such as FDT350 equipment made by Adtech have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
