Adam Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Adam ADAM-5000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Adam ADAM-5000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ADAM-5000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ADAM-5000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BE25A20ACG manufactured by Advanced-Motion-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Advanced-Motion-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EKI75261 by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
