Adept Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Adept ACB and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Adept ACB include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ACB if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ACB repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Adimec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 9740104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50SMC2NHM manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MX12P by Manufacturer Adimec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 142530 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Agie such as LCD120030 equipment made by Agie have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Agie products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Agie" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AP2G315 made by Adleepower as well as the popular XBC1K original spares produced by Advanced-Motion-Technologies-Inc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4520064 by Adt and LCD120030 spares by Agie are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
