Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adept Technology 30330-11351 10330-11350 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adt-Alarm-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advanced parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adt-Alarm-Systems such as the B452013092FD4520Issue2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AZ1L6000127 manufactured by Advanced and we are pleased to be able to service most Advanced systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EKI1524 by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Advantech Brand PCA6178B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as EKI2526PI equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 110093 made by Aeg as well as the popular IPPC6152AR0AE original spares produced by Advantech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS69CYYY006 by Aeg and EKI2526PI spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCX226H15D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adtech.
