Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adtech Power PA100056-03 AP41-316D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advanced-Micro-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the PPC4151WP5AE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC425F4N41E manufactured by Advanced-Micro-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Advanced-Micro-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLTV8312 by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aeg-Schneider Brand TSX47455 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as AIMB562LKSA1E equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RL1660 made by Advanced-Illumination as well as the popular B12A6N original spares produced by Advanced-Motion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASS985802 by Aeg and AIMB562LKSA1E spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 130220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advanced-Energy.
