Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Power Technologies TTC-1000-063050-TTMV67XX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aeg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aerotech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the JP4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAU108 manufactured by Aeg and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LinearController by Manufacturer Aerotech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aerotech Brand BA2016030amp in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as UNO1483G434AE equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PPC177T made by Advantech as well as the popular 35F89981G1 original spares produced by Aercology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AREi2RS232 by Aeg and UNO1483G434AE spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMS60ES13735 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aerotech.
