Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg, Modicon DEA 156 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Airpax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ajax-Manethermic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bayside product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Airpax such as the HH83XB428B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 72089A11 manufactured by Ajax-Manethermic and we are pleased to be able to service most Ajax-Manethermic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MB115014 by Manufacturer Bayside as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aerotech Brand ATS15020240P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aerotech such as 2000s5860 equipment made by Aerotech have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LPS20 by Agie-Usa and 2000s5860 spares by Aerotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 972604FA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agc.
