Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg Advanced Energy Group DAP 218/AS-BDAP-218 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aegis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the ADU206ASBADU206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JP4 manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGR693FH by Manufacturer Aegis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Agie Brand EJG2503A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg-Modicon such as ASB885110 equipment made by Aeg-Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg-Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg-Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DEP218 made by Aeg as well as the popular U1JLMA40 original spares produced by Aerotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASF908110 by Aeg and ASB885110 spares by Aeg-Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA3001REVA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aes-Engineered-Systems.
