Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg Gettys M33Y-SNRY-Y004-1C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ahp-Merkle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Airpax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ahp-Merkle such as the BZ5003220201025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4SHG0267 manufactured by Airpax and we are pleased to be able to service most Airpax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1060 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aerotech Brand MPS75SL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg such as M307 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 390500101 made by Agfa-Jeti as well as the popular AGS1205XAGS1205X original spares produced by Aegis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 108958DM4001200F1 by Aerotech and M307 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 170BDO34200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg.
