Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley 871L-XCB40Q40 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lawson-Labs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Intermatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the DC200L00001000000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Model96 manufactured by Lawson-Labs and we are pleased to be able to service most Lawson-Labs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E1125CR by Manufacturer Intermatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A20B20000180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durant such as 5H11R equipment made by Durant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durant" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6075FOEZA made by Athena as well as the popular DA1210A601 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2822A25G03 by Allen-Bradley and 5H11R spares by Durant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLMDN32S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
