Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley TLY-A230T-HJ62AA, TLYA230THJ62AA, Kineti parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha-Gear-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allis-chalmers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Amada product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha-Gear-Drives such as the HG060SMF176C11K00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1486205204121 manufactured by Allis-chalmers and we are pleased to be able to service most Allis-chalmers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C0037APAJII by Manufacturer Amada as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allis-Chalmers Brand 25114000501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ama-Universal such as 5109 equipment made by Ama-Universal have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EB9007 by Alpha-Omega and 5109 spares by Ama-Universal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CO1210PAMCK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amada-Metrecs.
