Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alliance Sensors PGSD-0609 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anderson-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amat-Applied-Materials parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Amot product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anderson-Instrument such as the FH301790910000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 001021745 manufactured by Amat-Applied-Materials and we are pleased to be able to service most Amat-Applied-Materials systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 760X130 by Manufacturer Amot as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has American-Dynamics Brand ADQUA77 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ametek such as SHZF3 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1280124 made by Applied-Materials as well as the popular ATMR17F original spares produced by Allied

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML080QT115S by Anilam and SHZF3 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QS3000LRNPT4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applied-Robotics.
