We service and repair Alpha Omega Z80 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Alpha Omega Z80 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Z80 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Z80 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Alpha-Robotics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the SP140MF14151PG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 402278102 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AR120120 by Manufacturer Alpha-Robotics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ametek Brand GM14902E326R1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amk such as IDT4110CB0102 equipment made by Amk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPF10K204C2084 made by Altera as well as the popular DJ5P original spares produced by Ametek
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC1372T6A1H3P113P by Ametek and IDT4110CB0102 spares by Amk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J89025PCBA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alphatron.
