Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alphasem 01-05253-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Materials parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 American-Standard-Co. product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0084C183A16B1310038004B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 019007532 manufactured by Applied-Materials and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Materials systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E99A08879X1365048102 by Manufacturer American-Standard-Co. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has American-Msi Brand PCBMTCCC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as AMS975820 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LAV3RMS made by Amprobe as well as the popular DS3034S00 original spares produced by Amk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PDV8600 by Amprobe-Instruments and AMS975820 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amptek.
