Altera Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Altera Statix and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Altera Statix include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Statix if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Statix repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ando products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anaheim-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Arnold-Muller-Amk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ando such as the AQ1934 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BL6MR2 manufactured by Anaheim-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Anaheim-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAS41600 by Manufacturer Arnold-Muller-Amk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aro-Ingersoll-Rand Brand 650060D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Apv such as M18AP818162 equipment made by Apv have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apv products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apv" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HTT20100 made by Amci as well as the popular B617ARTI0B original spares produced by Amada
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 027478005D by Asco and M18AP818162 spares by Apv are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H0062APRU1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amada.
