Amci Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Amci 1242 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Amci 1242 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 1242 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 1242 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JBES5656201 manufactured by Appleton and we are pleased to be able to service most Appleton systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Amk Brand 451019527653194 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied such as SI5580 equipment made by Applied have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
