Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Autogard 201-AC4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mae products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Anafaze product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mae such as the HY2004288890A8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1995L6MX manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MIOP61173 by Manufacturer Anafaze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Panalarm Brand 0790015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Analog-Devices such as 3B01 equipment made by Analog-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Analog-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Analog-Devices" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AD2024VOM made by American-Dynamics as well as the popular GM14904S009R1 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CTX2402TR by Analynk and 3B01 spares by Analog-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14234E421 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pittman.
