Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anaheim Automation DPB05 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Andymark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the EF8220G029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AM2000 manufactured by Andymark and we are pleased to be able to service most Andymark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HT8266D85L by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Asco Brand EF8030G66 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asi such as 5014BASAU equipment made by Asi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TPP01212311G050 made by Anderson-Instruments as well as the popular 249161514 original spares produced by Applied-Materials

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MACT233NF40 by Api-Controls and 5014BASAU spares by Asi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NCS11PNP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anderson-Negele.
