Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Analog Devices 3B31-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cincinnati-Milacron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati-Milicron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Itw-Ransburg product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati-Milacron such as the 35313628A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35313465A manufactured by Cincinnati-Milicron and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati-Milicron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 76037 by Manufacturer Itw-Ransburg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bosch Brand AM3SBC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jumo such as EM12 equipment made by Jumo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jumo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jumo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A1SD70 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular AQUATRAP120476 original spares produced by Aquatrap

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KVLE20 by Keyence and EM12 spares by Jumo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2AOL2CR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
