Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Analog Devices RTI-1260 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aoki-Seimitsu-Kogyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apex-Dynamics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Anilam product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aoki-Seimitsu-Kogyo such as the Z99780008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AT140FH manufactured by Apex-Dynamics and we are pleased to be able to service most Apex-Dynamics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 000510UM by Manufacturer Anilam as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Anilam Brand A19501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hms such as ABXEIPSEMBSHMSABXEIPSABXEIPSEMBSABXEIPS equipment made by Hms have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hms products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hms" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G104SN02 made by Diebold as well as the popular 56000A56 original spares produced by Anderson-Instrument

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ABXEIPSPDPS by Anybus and ABXEIPSEMBSHMSABXEIPSABXEIPSEMBSABXEIPS spares by Hms are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
