Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apex Dynamics AD047-P2, AD047P2 nema23 ad047-010-p2, a parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Evoqua products, including obsoleted and phased-out Artis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Appleton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Evoqua such as the 793200001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMI manufactured by Artis and we are pleased to be able to service most Artis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EXGJH124 by Manufacturer Appleton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aro Brand 835581S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Motion such as 5034349 equipment made by Applied-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Motion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5146991046 made by Arvin-Diamond as well as the popular PAIIR060S2 original spares produced by Apex-Dynamics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 459666002H by Asco and 5034349 spares by Applied-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ADM1515AP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arista.
