Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Api American Precision Industries P42-DO-C1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Amk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amk such as the DV414AB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 740500583 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DV514I00 by Manufacturer Amk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Anderson-Instrument Brand SW510040370000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Analog-Devices such as 711318102 equipment made by Analog-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Analog-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Analog-Devices" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Model7103 made by Anatran-Engineering as well as the popular 5B37S05 original spares produced by Analog-Devices

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GM12904E483 by Pittman and 711318102 spares by Analog-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2052B3535 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametric.
