Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Applied Robotics MOD.03.1AT-14.056-06-NP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Haivision product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the NPL8320A186E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NLK3B500L manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S290EDVI by Manufacturer Haivision as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Wilden Brand P8AAAPPNESNENE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGDH75DE equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RCS2RT6RI6018300T2X10L made by Robo-Cylinder as well as the popular S4CTADBT115 original spares produced by Atlas-Copco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MXD63B800 by Siemens and SGDH75DE spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCP654 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
