Arrick Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Arrick MD-2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Arrick MD-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MD-2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MD-2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harmonic such as the HA6001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCIDE003 manufactured by Fast and we are pleased to be able to service most Fast systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AX51180000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Granite Brand 11339 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as FRE54015KNA equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSR2424YP made by Banner as well as the popular A06B6079H201 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YSRD1212C by Festo and FRE54015KNA spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 131B0015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss.
