Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arrow Hart 39815-MH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the YM5170023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 864748R manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S3H050DWA by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Asco Brand 8345G1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as 14016 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ABF62MCON2 made by Atris as well as the popular A24SA43AO000030 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IO4 by Artis and 14016 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPBL1AA3D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ascom.
