Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas Copco QMS 340 25 / 4240 0312 80 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Auto-Tech-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automation-Direct product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the 4240030781 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMCPS1121500 manufactured by Auto-Tech-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Auto-Tech-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AutomationDirectD204BDC1 by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Atmosphere-Engineering Brand FM1889 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as ATS48D88Y equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K258935 by Atlas-Copco and ATS48D88Y spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X8136UG4442 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Augat.
