Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Auma A083191 NEMA 4X/6 / TP100/201 / AM01.1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automated-Logic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automatic-Timing--Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automate such as the 45C69 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S6104 manufactured by Automated-Logic and we are pleased to be able to service most Automated-Logic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 376A100Q50RX by Manufacturer Automatic-Timing--Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automation-Direct Brand D216TD22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autotech-Controls such as SACM10508R0 equipment made by Autotech-Controls have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRDNA1024NWD by Automation-Direct and SACM10508R0 spares by Autotech-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
