Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Auto.direct EZ-S6C-K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC752WFB202C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FX15PTPIX3I161W2K4NXXN manufactured by Dynics and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPM3121GR3AE by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gordos-Crouzet Brand GORDOSPB32DBoard in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kone such as KM781380G01 equipment made by Kone have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HESX1183400A1 by Horner and KM781380G01 spares by Kone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KTP700Basic Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
