Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct C0-11DD2E-D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bb-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automation-Intelligence product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the BEZS6MF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SH105 manufactured by Bb-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Bb-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3D0014 by Manufacturer Automation-Intelligence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automation-Direct Brand D3330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Axiomtek such as SHB103 equipment made by Axiomtek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Axiomtek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Axiomtek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 15040859 made by Axiomtek as well as the popular GOT3840TLNRC original spares produced by Axiomtek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A19390REVF by Avtron and SHB103 spares by Axiomtek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR33195 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optimation-Inc.
