Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct GSD1-48-10C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued B--B products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avtron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Axiomtek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B--B such as the 53700022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AV850CJT6L6LK000 manufactured by Avtron and we are pleased to be able to service most Avtron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBC81820 by Manufacturer Axiomtek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Autotron Brand RPT320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bk-Precision such as 1257 equipment made by Bk-Precision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bk-Precision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bk-Precision" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ALC08010101000 made by Automotion as well as the popular APC810 original spares produced by B--R-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3DM486646510197263 by B--R-Automation and 1257 spares by Bk-Precision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
