Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B & B Electrinics NT44 CP70 MARC PSA2 E243 A244 PE82 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tdk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R45HENAR2NSNV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAW2431R manufactured by Tdk and we are pleased to be able to service most Tdk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC12501043 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand PC0984351 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smc such as NZMBA1KT equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S2031 made by Pickering as well as the popular NVBA1110T02GN original spares produced by Smc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWA51308384125 by Honeywell and NZMBA1KT spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPI21100S2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control.
