Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Baldor ME-3353-BLBAN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor-Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CL3507 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 054400 manufactured by Baldor-Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor-Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BN1003U by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand 5MFDCAP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Balluff such as BAE0009 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VE0667A00 made by Baldor as well as the popular 235E19 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMLS1G0B7ED by Balluff and BAE0009 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C04T8M12PB003M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
