Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner Engineering P4O1.3BR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fagor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the PMMBA55042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLC64 manufactured by Fagor and we are pleased to be able to service most Fagor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VMIVME7697 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eurotherm-Controls Brand T640MAINS422HIHIM002T710CERTEN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Woodhead such as V310307000 equipment made by Woodhead have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PG115020LB by Bayside and V310307000 spares by Woodhead are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PUM1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer.
