Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner LEDR140 PRC1 P2B65Q parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Baumer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the MSE4824 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IFFM08P170101S35L manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UNAM30P1102 by Manufacturer Baumer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Banner Brand SMG312CV2QD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Banner such as USDINT1T2 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 65510 made by Banner as well as the popular SM312FP1H original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSE2824 by Banner and USDINT1T2 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
