Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner MSR3224Y parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Etel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hokuyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRS520S0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSA1 manufactured by Etel and we are pleased to be able to service most Etel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPB9029 by Manufacturer Hokuyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kollmorgen Brand CB10550 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Csr such as NC122F equipment made by Csr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Csr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Csr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSR824YP made by Banner as well as the popular LA305S original spares produced by La305-s

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECSCA008C4B501 by Lenze and NC122F spares by Csr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HD10112SP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
