Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bardac SLE-24/58 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acces-Io-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ak-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Trane product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acces-Io-Products such as the DPKAI12128E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LVDT100 manufactured by Ak-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Ak-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X1365032201 by Manufacturer Trane as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Acces-Io-Products Brand USBAO168E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aaon such as K00254 equipment made by Aaon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aaon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aaon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JF201A20000000 made by Acdc as well as the popular VIA150K original spares produced by Boeckeler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR10200000000 by Kollmorgen and K00254 spares by Aaon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UMC211421 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
