Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barmag Electronics EC 68 - EC68 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bauer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bauer such as the 1700008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVP110242 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG3027D06LA4TFG6 by Manufacturer Bauer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Basler Brand 1000010250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Basler such as scA100030gm equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 192872229 made by Bauer as well as the popular WrightCal original spares produced by Batchwright

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GI355A70C358 by Baumer and scA100030gm spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSG71S45UL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller.
