Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bayne 1215-1311, 1215-1315, 2000-1338, 2000-13 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Beckman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ber product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckman such as the 39900EA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C693011060050 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS476 by Manufacturer Ber as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bbc Brand UN2001eP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Beckhoff such as AM30310C210000 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EL7201 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular GNT800GN40 original spares produced by Bbc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6120 by Beckhoff and AM30310C210000 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DA002383 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff.
