Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B&b Electronics RS-232 Optical Isolator Rep parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued B--R-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baelz-Automatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bachmann product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B--R-Automation such as the 5PP521122900300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WBS2290AA272290AA27 manufactured by Baelz-Automatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Baelz-Automatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AI0288 by Manufacturer Bachmann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bf-Instruments Brand GDC550103629 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by B--R-Automation such as 5PC600SX0201 equipment made by B--R-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire B--R-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "B--R-Automation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ECNP020 made by B--R-Automation as well as the popular FM212 original spares produced by Bachmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BEM201 by Bachmann and 5PC600SX0201 spares by B--R-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bachli.
