Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bei XH25E-F1-SS-2000-ABZC-4469-LED-SM18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Casi-Rusco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Line parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Carlo-Ganazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Casi-Rusco such as the CR501503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90015 manufactured by Control-Line and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Line systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOFT20M12520M by Manufacturer Carlo-Ganazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cooper Brand OACDT2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Checkpoint-Llc such as MPS1OR10235 equipment made by Checkpoint-Llc have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CR4320200 made by Cr-Magnetics as well as the popular E51CLP5 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D140B220PTD9 by Broadley and MPS1OR10235 spares by Checkpoint-Llc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8282A6501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
