Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bently Nevada 127610-01S / 126399-01G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dynamatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the HA6251800110T5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD2A02A1AS5E5 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1524070 by Manufacturer Dynamatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dynapar Brand H532000111343 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as HA62525400H41 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SCX55 made by Dynact as well as the popular PHS27AJD03 original spares produced by Dynaquip

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 446MCSR406 by Danaher-Controls and HA62525400H41 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T1M1PG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dyden-Corporation.
