Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr ILE2D661PC1A1/ IFEN71/3DVNISDS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sixnet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 08700500001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VtMipm131D manufactured by Sixnet and we are pleased to be able to service most Sixnet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMXAMI0410 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand BMXP3420302H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Black-Box such as LMC7001AR2 equipment made by Black-Box have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Black-Box products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Black-Box" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8661109H24 made by Binder as well as the popular BW1661 original spares produced by Gateway

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1001555855 by Dunkenmotoren and LMC7001AR2 spares by Black-Box are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 37279 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bhp.
