Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr No 389310 , No 373079 , 22.388-00-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Berger-Lahr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vuototecnica parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Biesse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Berger-Lahr such as the VRDM391053LHB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B40 manufactured by Vuototecnica and we are pleased to be able to service most Vuototecnica systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L02 by Manufacturer Biesse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Black-Box Brand IC456AR2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bircher such as OCLS equipment made by Bircher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bircher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bircher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LE2122AR4 made by Black-Box as well as the popular PT074045A1C1M original spares produced by Bimba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECKDIGAB01 by Berges and OCLS spares by Bircher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BS18587 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beta-Raven.
