Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr SER31117/4L3SS0CB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robustsyn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Elmo-Abb-Robotics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the RNYMS11320YA5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RB29G1GT4B1 manufactured by Robustsyn and we are pleased to be able to service most Robustsyn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS130690P3107 by Manufacturer Elmo-Abb-Robotics as well.
