Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr VRDM 3910/50LWCEO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Blue-M products, including obsoleted and phased-out Best-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Biesse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Blue-M such as the BM116908C444861 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCL0172P manufactured by Best-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Best-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SawUnit by Manufacturer Biesse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bircher Brand 1P16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bimba such as RPL2M equipment made by Bimba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bimba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bimba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AOP203PW1MH1 made by Blue-white as well as the popular 85816 original spares produced by Beta-Lasermike

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SQ300 by Bha and RPL2M spares by Bimba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
