Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bimba PT-098090-A1C1FR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Black-Box products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bindicator product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Black-Box such as the MED100A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KYC22T4 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REVD by Manufacturer Bindicator as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yamaha Brand KJ0M5810423 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bodine such as 34R4BFCIZ4 equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 42R5BF61E3 made by Bodine as well as the popular SP2226XMPP original spares produced by Speedtronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMXP3420302H by Modicon and 34R4BFCIZ4 spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2411ND3045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bodine.
